The Young Professionals of Knoxville (YPK) is a non-profit networking organization based in Knoxville, TN. After joining in 2023, I joined the leadership team in 2024. When I began my position as the Director of Marketing & Communications in 2025, I vowed to overhaul the website. The design had not been updated in over a decade, and the existing template was holding back the functionality of the site.
The Goal
Using Squarespace, update the YPK website to include current and future events, blog posts, and other updates. The site was scheduled to be finished by mid-April, 2025.
Existing Branding
YPK existed before I came along… and they had their own visual identity! I used these elements to inform the new site design.
